We offer complimentary door-to-door standard delivery service with a minimum order amount of $80. For purchases below the prescribed order amount, you will be charged a flat fee of $5.

You should receive your order within 3-5 business days. Deliveries are scheduled Mondays to Saturdays (excluding public holidays). Selection of preferred time slots is not available.

You are responsible for ensuring that a recipient is present at your designated address to receive the delivery. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, our logistics partner will make up to 2 additional delivery attempts at no extra charge.

We currently ship to Malaysia at a flat rate of $10. Flat rate shipping is reflected at checkout. Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees and customs duties, levied by the customs office of your shipping destination.

If you'd like us to ship to another country, please contact us for an estimated shipping cost.

Please contact us if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.

All online orders include a complimentary canvas drawstring pouch, for easy gifting. Optionally, choose to have your order packed in an assembled Gift Box or select our specially prepared Gift Bundle.

For hygiene reasons, we currently do not accept change of mind returns. Returns, exchanges or refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items. In all cases, proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for us to process any exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

We're committed to using premium ingredients and 100% pure, natural essential oils. Every batch of essential oil is tested with Gas Chromatography/ Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS). Quality is something we’ll never ever compromise on.

Yes, we only purchase from reputable suppliers who support farmers and work sustainably.

All our products are vegan, and we do not test on animals.

Rest assured that our blends do not contain any essential oils that are contraindicated during pregnancy per IFPA guidelines. All essential oils that we use are GC/MS tested and at low dilutions. Nevertheless, it is best to check first with a medical professional as some women experience extra sensitivity during pregnancy. Please also see the list of ingredients on each product page.

We understand that for some customers, products containing any level of sulfates or parabens may not be the most comfortable choice. For this reason, we do not utilise these ingredients in our formulations.

We do not use synthetic fragrances in our products. We are meticulous in selecting only 100% pure and natural essential oils for aromatherapeutic use.

We recommend you keep your products in a cool place away from direct light. It is best to use clean hands when dipping into jars, or to use a spoon to scoop out product for use.

All cosmetic ingredients have the potential to irritate sensitive skin. Therefore, it’s especially important for anyone with sensitive skin to do a patch test. Please also see the list of ingredients on each product page to help you identify ingredients you may have existing sensitivities to.

In the unfortunate event that you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please discontinue use and if necessary, consult your medical practitioner to establish whether you have experienced an irritation or an allergy. Do not hesitate to contact us with the details of your reaction.
